Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at GRNDBRKR New York. If you’re not absolutely in love with our product, no worries. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. And if you’re item doesn’t fit, we’ll take it back and send you the right size.

Shipping

All items are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, within 2 to 3 days upon receipt of your order. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you want to place an international order, please contact us at info@grndbrkrny.com to work out the details. 

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We only accept returns purchased on the website. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
